How can I make a reservation at Rudy's Redeye Grill?
Making a reservation at Rudy's is easy. You can call 651.653.6718 and reserve a table with one of our friendly team members, or you can make your reservation online. Simply choose the date and time you desire, enter the number of people in your party and you're set!

Where can I purchase Rudy's gift certificates?
You can purchase Rudy's gift certificates in two ways: in the restaurant, or online. When buying online simply choose the dollar amount and quantity, and your gift certificates are sent directly to your door step. Purchase Rudy's gift certificates.
When I hold an event at Rudy's and the White Bear Country Inn can I bring in my own food and beverages?
We ask that all food and beverages for your event are purchased through Rudy's Redeye Grill with the exception of wedding cake and party favors. If this rule isn't respected, a $200 fine may be applied. Rudy's Redeye Grill offers a full catering menu that we can customize for your event. View catering menu.
How early can I arrive to decorate my reserved banquet space?
You are guaranteed access to your banquet room three hours in advance to your planned event. Our event coordinator works closely with you to schedule and manage vendor deliveries for your event. If you have centerpieces, flowers, decorations, or cake being delivered to the hotel in advance, please coordinate these times with our catering director. The banquet space is reserved until 12 midnight. Please remove all items (including decorations) at the end of your event. We will attempt to return any items left behind but can not guarantee that everything will be returned.
How far in advance can I cancel my reserved banquet room without a cancellation fee?
We ask for 90 days (180 days for Friday and Saturday events) notice for all cancellations. If a cancellation is made after the appropriate notice date, you will be charged the food and beverage minimum for your room. If you are only renting a meeting space, you will be charged the rental rate of your room. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. |

What are the minimum food and beverage requirements when reserving the ballroom?
When you host a Friday or Saturday event, a food and beverage minimum is applied to the Dellwood Ballroom. Events starting after 2 PM on Fridays require a $3,500 minimum and all Saturday events have a $5,000 minimum (these prices exclude sales tax and gratuity). If the minimum is not met, the difference will be applied to the final bill in the form of a room rental fee.
How many people can the ballroom accommodate?
We offer a wide variety of seating and table arrangements to suite all of your needs. The Dellwood Ballroom can seat up to 600 guests in theatre style seating and 275 guests seated at round tables. View all facility accommodations. |
