Decorate our spacious ballroom to fit the feel of your wedding. Whether it's casual or formal, modern or vintage, our event coordinator, Sharina Pankratz, is delighted to help you plan your wedding reception. Sharina can help you with all the details from customizing your menu to overseeing the set-up of your ballroom.
Free Ballroom Rental*
Room rental varies depending on size of the event and the day of the week. On Fridays and Saturdays a food and drink minimum is required as well as $175 for a security guard.
* Ballroom rental fees are waived when you meet the minimum food and drink requirement.

Ballroom rental includes:
- limited set-up and tear-down of the ballroom
- free parking for your guests
- complimentary gift opening room for the following day
- 16' x 16' dance floor
- ten person round tables and a head table
- white linen table clothes and napkins
- skirting for the head, cake and gift tables
- mirror tiles, tea lite candles in glass votives, glass hurricane candle holders, glass round ivy bowls
- other items available for rental
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your room is reserved, two $500 payments are due 120 and 90 days in advance of your event. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
All food and beverages must be purchased through Rudy's Redeye Grill with the exception of wedding cakes and party favors. There is a $125 cake cutting fee; however, purchase your cake from Buttercream Collections and your cake cutting is free!
Guest Accommodations
Offer your wedding guests a special rate when they stay the night in our hotel. Simply ask us to reserve a block of rooms for your wedding reception.

On-Site Catering
Serve Rudy's delicious food at your wedding! Give us the responsibility of making sure you reception dinner goes smoothly. Choose from our entire menu with popular items like the Redeye Sirloin, Drunk 'n Dirty Pork Chops, and Axel's Pan Fried Walleye. View wedding catering menu*.

Need to Cancel?
We ask that you notify us at least 90 days (180 days for a Friday or Saturday event) in advance. If the appropriate notice is not given, you will be charged the food and beverage minimum for your event. If you are only renting a meeting space, you will just be charged the room rental fee. The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
